Before we start a project, we plan and meet with them several times where we give them our project brief which includes objectives, budget and any specific requirements for their project.  Architects contact, bring on board and collaborate  with other related professionals, who include; Quantity Surveyors, Mechanical, Electrical and Structural Engineers, urban planners, landscape architects, Construction representatives and interior designers. This has made us one of the best in the industry in terms of what we present to the clients.

 

  • Design, Plan and Develop

On an architect’s daily routine designing, planning and developing are integral tasks. We require them to provide predesign figures such as an environmental impact or feasibility study, cost analysis and land-use study. They later on produce the final Architectural, structural, electrical and mechanical plans are produced by architects with collaboration of the other consultants.
